Theatre Bubble Editors Share New Year Thoughts in New Podcast

January 7, 2017 by Alex Wood Leave a Comment

It’s been a long time coming, but last week two of the Theatre Bubble editors Alex Wood and Luke Rollason sat down to chat about their highlights from 2016 as well as predictions for the coming year.

Featuring discussions regarding various elements of London West End and Fringe Theatre, as well as discussions of the work being done across the country and at Fringe Festivals, there are some exciting topics that prove ample food for thought. Listen at the link!

2016 was a turbulent year for all things, let alone theatre. Controversial issues such as Emma Rice’s stepping down ran alongside the announcement of new venues, as well as exciting innovations in technology that have engaged audiences in new and unexpected ways.

Theatre Bubble is dedicated to creating a diverse industry and we particularly welcome applications from anyone who believes their background is under-represented in the arts.

We have a dedicated team of writers, reporters and bloggers who provide our featured news, reviews and blogs. If you would like to write news or reviews please send us an email, including a link to a sample of your writing, to editorial@theatrebubble.com.

Author: Alex WoodAlex is the former reviews editor at Theatre Bubble, but since changing position now contributes occasionally.
